The AI Hat Trick
Yesterday, I wore five hats and never took one off.
I tasted the future of work.
I got on a call with a user, playing customer support.
I answered a question, but she also identified a problem.
I reassured her we would prioritize it, playing product manager.
Then the normal handoff didn’t happen.
I decided to fix it myself, playing engineer.
While making the fix, I noticed another user experience improvement, playing product designer.
So I made that change too, playing engineer.
I got back to the customer letting her know we made the change, playing customer success.
AI makes vertical work available to all of us.
The question is, how high do we go?
